It is time for our Annual Membership Appreciation Dinner. Our Membership Appreciation Dinner allows the Chapter to foster camaraderie amongst our Members and with their families. It is also a way for all of us to come together and celebrate another successful year Chapter 572 had in helping local Combat Wounded Veterans. We will also be recognizing Chapter Commander, James "Eddie" Weathers, as the COL Carroll M. Fyffe Memorial Chapter's Patriot of the Year!
The dinner will be held on January 17 at the Outside Inn. Seating for the dinner will begin at 4:30 pm and service will begin at 5 pm. The dinner is free to each Member and their one guest.
The following are the entrées available at the dinner:
Filet Mignon 8 oz. Fork tender filet wrapped in bacon and grilled to perfection, presented with homemade potato du jour.
Boursin' and Apricot Stuffed Chicken Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with a mixture of Boursin' cheese, apricots and slivered almonds. Then breaded and pan fried to a golden brown. Served with apricot risotto.
Bronzed Rustic Salmon Perfectly prepared Atlantic salmon mildly dusted in our own blackening seasoning, finished with honey dijon butter. A wonderful balance of a little sweet and a little spicy. Completed with cranberry risotto.
All entrees served with house or caesar salad or soup du jour. All breads / rolls are included. There will be two types of desserts available. The desserts will be made fresh the day of the event and the choice of desserts will be determined by the Outside Inn.
There will be a cash bar, all other drinks will be provided.
