Will Sierra Vista be the first "Purple Heart City" in Arizona ??

Our Chapter 572 Commander Eddie Weathers and Adjutant Christopher Vedvick attended a meeting last Thursday (22 May) with the Sierra Vista Mayor and City Council. Of major importance to us was a Proposal to make the City of Sierra Vista the first "Purple Heart City" in Arizona!! All concerned seemed in favor of the proposal so we are anxiously awaiting the next Council meeting to see how the vote goes!!
